Hi everyone!!

I hope all is well with everyone and you're sticking with your routine. I am currently in London doing a big segment on GMTV called Drop a Dress Size. I will be here for the whole of November so life is a little crazy for me. My workouts have been all outside running and basic total body exercises because there's not really many gyms nearby.
Keep it up and you're going to look hot in your party dress for the Holidays!!

I'm here but not doing much in the way of exercise. I am getting closer to my due date, though, and I already typed up the post-partum exercise routine from Super Fit Mama so I am ready when the time comes. :)

Hi, Tracey,

I'm a little late with my after measurements for the challenge, but here goes. I maintained my weight, because I had so many bad eating days durng the six weeks. HOWEVER, I did lose several inches! Waist=..75, Right arm=.5,Left arm=.5, Right thigh=.5,Left thigh=.5,Hips=.5, and chest=1. I lost a grand total of 4.25 inches! This shows me that your program definitely works, even when the eating is not so great.
I'm branching out in my workouts for now, so I can 'shock' my body, but I definitely want to to another round of the Quick Blast workouts, Renew Yous, and Lose Your Belly Flab soon -- maybe after Christmas.

I'm still here, also. I'm still going strong with the exercising. There were a couple of weeks where I only did 3 or 4 days of exercising instead of 6, but I just figure that life happens, and as long as I'm consistent most of the time, it's okay. I'm still working on the eating. I've had a number of birthdays and other special occasions since the challenge started, and I'm still learning how to enjoy myself at these events without overeating. Rebecca, I hope you feel better soon.

Just thought I'd start something because everyone is so quiet lately :)
I have had a no go week. After having two kids with pneumonia it finally caught up with me and I ahve bronchitis. Really makes it hard to exercise when it is hard to breath when you talk :) I did receive Sleek and lean in the mail this week but haven't had a chance to try it. Maybe I'll just sit and watch and motivate. Thanksgiving was too good and with being sick I've lost my motivation for eating good. At least the weight isn't coming up but it is easy to maintain/loose coughing this much. Hope others are cotinuing on and I will get back into it.

If I could just get the sweets under control, I'd be doing great. I was doing well up until I had some family birthdays and a vacation, and all of a sudden, my eating has gotten way off track. I'm just going to have to take it one day at a time, I guess.

All I can say is small steps will make big changes.
I was up all night on ShopNBC and feel a little spacey right now. I'm off to do one more shop in a couple of hours.

I'm still plugging away too. Haven't been on the scales in a while, but not too concerned about the numbers. Noticing a change in my clothing & energy levels. Have added the Lose the Belly Flab DVD into the Quick Blasts & am enjoying the challenge. Eating has generally been good - so have rewarded myself tonight with a curry - I've been craving it all week.

Well, I'm still going strong on the exercising. I did go on vacation for a few days, so my eating got off then, but I've been working hard to get back on track with the eating, also. At this point, my pants are fitting a little looser, and my waist looks a little more defined, so I would say that's definitely something. (:
